Hi, I'm Tim.
I'm an educator and professional Dungeon Master based in Silver Spring, MD. For six years I've used Dungeons & Dragons (and the occasional real-life creature) to help kids build creativity, leadership, and friendships that actually last.
I taught middle school English full-time before founding Ironthew Industries, where I now run the Legends of Lowell summer camp and After School Adventures enrichment program with a small but mighty team of staff.
Everything I do is inspired by my core philosophy: As a neurodivergent adult, I want to give kids like me a space where infodumping is encouraged, hyperfixation is a superpower, and quirky personalities are celebrated, not stigmatized.
In our programs, questions like "Where do the fish go to the bathroom?" and "How much mozzarella cheese can a party of 7th level heroes transport in an hour?" lead to experiential lessons on chemistry and applied math. Just don't tell the kids they're learning.

When Kildrak's creator needed a name for his business, Ironthew was the first name that came to mind.
